Job Summary

The Vice President, Support Services is accountable for leading and the execution of strategies to advance support services (Environmental Services and Food & Nutritional Services), across HCA Healthcare. This position will drive positive change by providing leadership through performance improvement strategies that will lead to enhancing quality and financial outcomes. This position has a broad enterprise and segment influence and will need to build alliances with various stakeholders that include various HCA Healthcare Business Partners, Corporate, Division, Hospital, and Support Services team to successfully execute HCA’s agenda. 


Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required.  Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years progressive management experience with multi-site operations in Healthcare food services and/or Environmental Services or Hospitality organization, or a combination of the above. 
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication decision making and organizational skill.
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • It is preferred that the applicant has demonstrated the ability to improve patient experiences in an acute care setting.
  • Experience developing programs to increase patient satisfaction or guest satisfaction.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed.
