Full Time Nights 7P-7A Rotating Weekends

Our inpatient Heart and Vascular floor provides a full service cardiovascular program for our patients. We provide care to a variety of patients including acute Cardiac diagnosis and treatment, pre and post Heart and Vascular procedures, recovery of post CABG as well as ICU and CVICU step down. Our busy Society of Chest Pain Center accredited 30 bed unit has a team oriented group of caring clinical professionals including a Nurse Educator and a helpful group of Patient Care Techs. We are looking for RN’s that are interested in advancing their career caring for wide range of cardiovascular patients.
The Unit Supervisor of Heart and Vascular assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all the functions in the unit on his/her designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.

- Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse. Compact license is accepted.
- 2 years clinical practice experience in the clinical specialty of his/her unit.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR required.
- ACLS required.
