seeking a Manager of Occupational Health to join the team at HCA’s CJW
Occupational Health at CJW Medical Center:
Our Occupational Health and Workplace Wellness Services are
designed to connect local companies and their employees to health-related
activities in a convenient setting. Companies include:

Our Occupational Health Services include:
- Physicals and screenings
- Worker travel wellness
- Workers’ compensation injury care
- Occupational and physical therapy
- On-site clinics
As our Manager of Occupational Health,
you will use your occupational health and safety knowledge and experience to:
manage, and coordinate the Occupational Health Department and staff, including 100%
compliance in completion of mandatory annual requirements.
compliance with Federal and State occupational health requirements and
services such as, and not limited to: pre-employment medical screening,
immunizations, vaccinations, first aid medical care for work-related
injuries/illnesses, all facets of workers’ compensation case management
and litigation, and manage transitional duty program.
patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
health records, provide routine and requested data and reports.
all Occupational Health Contracts.
appropriate procedures and practice for ordering supplies and medications.
initiative to develop and improve record keeping and reporting.
in supporting Occupational Health Clinic Operations and EH/OH Director in

- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Five (5) years of RN experience required, preferably in an
employee health or occupational health setting.
- One (1) year of clinical supervisory experience preferred.
- Active Virginia RN license or eligible for licensure as a
Registered Nurse in Virginia required.
- Valid American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare
