The Cardiovascular Technician (CVT) is an individual who, after comprehensive training, is qualified to perform Cardiac Stress Tests, Tilt Table Testing, and Electrocardiograms (EKGs), as well as related clerical duties associated with performed procedures.
Stocks supplies and assemble, disinfect, and store equipment
- Computer and typing skills preferred. ACLS/BLS required within 6 months of hire.
- Cardiac rhythm recognition required through basic EKG course or 12 Lead EKG course.
- Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) credentials required.
