Position Description:

Reporting to the COO, the Director of Rehabilitative Services directs, plans, organizes, and evaluates the Rehabilitation Program (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy) to comply with hospital and medical staff standards set forth by regulatory organizations (State, TJC, CMS, AHCA, and/or CARF). Integrates program activities into the overall hospital organization.  Maintains efficient and effective operation of the program by ensuring the coordination of services provided to patients, coordination of program activities with hospital administration, and management of budget and marketing functions.


  • Current Florida Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred
  • 7+ years clinical rehabilitation experience, acute care hospital inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
  • Outpatient Rehab experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years at the management level
