Greets customers in a friendly, helpful and caring manner, both in person and on the telephone. Assists patients and staff through the imaging experience. Performs routine administrative duties. Provides patient navigation for specific referring physician offices, to include scheduling, delivery of CD’s and reports, tracking of patient referrals, promotion of Imaging services, office visits, and related responsibilities. Position will work closely with designated referring offices to build trust and confidence with Imaging Services provided by Timpanogos Regional Hospital. Patient concierge services to promote Imaging growth initiatives. Employee is expected to perform most duties independently and in accordance with established policies and procedures. The supervisor of this position will provide support and general guidance.Reports directly to Director of Radiology.
High school graduate or equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
