We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team. We have a dynamic team of Registered Nurse on staff and we are currently looking to add an additional Registered Nurse to the team. Our team of Registered Nurse take pride in nursing. The Registered Nurse will perform special procedures and radiological diagnostic procedures. Operates diagnostic and monitoring equipment, processes images and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure. Maintains sterile technique and field. Is able to provide care for his/her assigned patients. Is responsible for logging patient dose data.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
  • Current Florida State Registered Nurse license.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS) required.
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
  • Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
