Responsibilities

1. Serves in a charge nurse capacity when designated by nurse manager.

2. Provides direct supervision to unlicensed assistive providers and licensed practical nurses in the implementation of the patient plan of care

3. Acts a preceptor to nursing students, new graduate nurses and new hire nurses as designated by nurse manager.

Education

ADN,BSN or diploma nurse licensed to practice nursing in the state of Georgia OR license in compact state with authorization to work in the state of Georgia, BCLS.
