As a Artiva Developer Analyst, your will be responsible for Artiva product development and support within the Revenue Cycle Point Solution IT&S team. This role will work with users in our Insurance line of business to design, develop, implement and support the technical components of solutions within Artiva and other related applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE?

  • Collaborates with business analysts and operational leadership to define and design solutions to meet the business needs
  • Manages small scope projects in collaboration with more experienced team members
  • Translates requirements into detailed program designs
  • Provides first level support to resolve incidents or fulfill requests received from the users; works with enterprise subject matter experts and technical resources to research and resolve issues; provides status on user issues.
  • Configures Artiva application master files to implement business requirements and/or resolve incidents
  • Utilizes Artiva specific programming tools/scripting to develop solutions and setup batch jobs
  • Defines, documents, and executes rigorous test plans to ensure implemented solutions meet documented requirements and expose defects
  • Applies application code changes to QA and Production environments adhering to change management practices
  • Ensures data security and integrity and application reliability
  • Coordinates application reporting requests and assists with defining report requirements and validates reporting results.
  • Performs adhoc query of the application database to provide information for business decisions,  resolution of system issues, and validation of system testing
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3 + years of IT work experience.
  • 2 + years of Ontario Artiva development experience required.
  • Cache database experience preferred.
  • Healthcare Revenue Management experience, a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
