We are a 292-bed acute care hospital, located in the upbeat, North Chesterfield area, a short drive from Chesterfield Town Center, offering an abundance of restaurants and shops. Our hospital offers a full range of healthcare services, with specialties in inpatient rehabilitation, cancer care through the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute, emergency care via our level III trauma center, and neuroscience, including our Gamma Knife Center.

The Rehab Center
Newly renovated, our unit includes 44 spacious patient rooms, two large patient therapy gyms located on site, laundry, accessible kitchen and dining room for patients. We provide therapy for all body parts including hands, provide stimulating activities for the mind, and we received the Joint Commission Basic Stroke Certification in 2016.
Rehab Nursing is a Special Commitment
Our Patient:Nurse ratio is 6:1; this enables you to focus on the whole patient, and to provide individualized and personalized care to each patient. Our patient population consists of 60% stroke rehab, 20% cardiac rehab, and 20% orthopedic/other rehab patients. Our patients' average length of stay is 12-14 days so you can see firsthand the marked improvements they make as a direct result of your exceptional care.
You can take advantage of our Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse course (CRRN). You can also participate in our Education Reimbursement Program to continue your education, and enhance and promote your own professional growth. You can attend Career Ladder Workshops and numerous clinical educational resources given through the year.

Previous RN experience is helpful, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Inpatient Rehabilitation (preferred)
Full-Time (PRN may also be available)
12-Hour Shifts, Days from 7am-7pm or Nights from 7pm to 7am
