Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center is a 216-bed acute care hospital proudly serving Bay County and surrounding communities for 40 years. Additionally, the hospital’s cancer program is accredited by the Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). Under general supervision, makes preparation, operates equipment and assists physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures special procedures; performs hemodynamic monitoring and other duties as assigned.  Performs radiographic procedures of a highly specialized nature to demonstrate cardiac  and vascular patency in a variety of anatomical parts.  Recognizes the importance of supporting the team in general care of the patient and family member.  Supports general efficient function of the lab by assisting in transporting patients to or from the Lab.



High school graduate required

Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology required from an accredited institution 



ARRT registry required or RCIS credential

    State of Florida license required if RT licensed

       BLS required at hire

ACLS within 6 months of hire



 Successful completion of ARRT examination with a current license to practice radiographic technology or

Successful completion of RCIS examinations and credentials

Previous Specials, Vascular or Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred
