SCHEDULE: 0.001 (PRN-Per Diem), SHIFT: As Needed
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, is responsible for performance of vascular ultrasound diagnostic procedures, and for completing all measurements on ultrasound studies and reporting findings to physicians. Responsible for all clerical work associated with the tests.
One (1) year of full-time equivalent or more prior experience.
Ability to learn and utilize computerized patient care management system.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Must effectively read, write and verbally communicate in the English language.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Provider Course.
Knowledge of vascular ultrasound testing procedures and equipment at a level normally acquired through completion of three years post high school education. Registered Vascular Technologist
