Responsible for providing patient care and/or directing patient care by utilizing initiative and independent judgment. He/she adheres to the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care rendered according to hospital policies and ASPAN guidelines.
Reports To: Charge/Resource Nurse
PACU, Surgical Services Nurse FT/Days Rotating Weekends
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Successfully pass a basic EKG test at the time of hire
Successfully pass Pharmacology test at the time of hire
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Hear/speak adequately to communicate with and be understood by staff, patients, physicians and public.
