Position Summary

Performs all CT procedures according to departmental policy and protocols on pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations. 

  • Demonstrating competency based upon the area of assignment.
  • The ability to work with the patient's growth and development based upon their specific population group.  Meets standards of quality as measured by the QI process. 
  • Demonstrates competency assisting the radiologist with invasive procedures (biopsies, aspirations).      
  • Able to perform venipuncture; ensures safe delivery of contrast material including proper use of power injector and needle selection.                


  • Graduate of an Accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging                       
  • FL State DOH General Radiographer & ARRT CT Registry or registry eligible and acquire within six months of hire      
  • BLS – AHA
