Memorial Health University Medical Center is a 612-bed hospital in Savannah, Georgia. We opened our doors in 1955 and have evolved into the most advanced healthcare provider in the region. We are searching for a new Compliance Contract Specialist, responsible for efficient and cost-effective coordination of all
aspects of the Contract Compliance process for Memorial Health, allowing timely
resolution of contract matters by keeping the VP, advised of all potential issues that relate to contract

- Collaborates with Memorial’s Legal and Contract Administration
departments to resolve matters.
- Maintains and keeps all current contract logs
and assists with contract compliance audits.
- Maintains proactive atmosphere and
effective reporting process that identifies problem areas, renewal dates and/or timeliness of completion. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance
Program, related policies and procedures and the Code of Business Practices;
reports instances of perceived and actual non-compliance to Team Leader or
through other reporting mechanisms.
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Skills/Experience: Customer service skills, logging and tracking data, Performs all duties ethically, complying with all policies and procedures, federal, state and local
Experience: at least 3 years of related contract compliance experience required.
