Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this member of the strategic communications team drives and directs all online initiatives for the Division brands while understanding the long term strategic vision and direction of all interactive marketing projects.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of building, managing and optimizing multiple interactive channels including social media, search engine optimization and website strategy
  • Aid in the development of digital marketing media plans and use data to recommend opportunities to reach target audiences through digital channels
  • Serve as lead for all website and new interactive functionality in line with Enterprise strategy
  • Oversee design and creative direction for all interactive marketing including social media advertising, search engine marketing, video, mobile, and more
  • Utilize both interactive and traditional marketing channels to achieve website optimization, digital presence goals, and conversion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Health Administration or related field. Masters preferred
  • 7+ years in large-scale marketing environments, with healthcare industry experience preferred
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in all disciplines of marketing, including advertising, digital, events, media, creative production, direct mail, social media, content marketing, and emerging media as appropriate
  • Exceptional communication (both listening and writing) skills at both entry and executive levels, with the ability to resonate at all organizational levels
  • Experience in the digital interaction space (social media, blogging, etc.), for personal or professional use
  • Excellent analytical and creative writing skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize duties for multiple campaigns and clients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze and understand business financial reporting
  • Understanding of basic coding languages (HTML, etc.) and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Acrobat Pro
