The compensation consists of a base salary, Incentive Plan, and comprehensive benefits including a matching 401k that grows incrementally over time from 3%-9% company match.   • The director of Regulatory Compliance, in conjunction with the VP of Quality and Risk, is responsible for the coordination of continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Responsible for quality improvement aspects related to state and federal licensing and accrediting such as data management, analysis, and improvement strategies.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement as appropriate.
  • This position is responsible for continuous survey readiness



  • Current Georgia RN license; BS in a health related field preferred.
  • Clinical Background- 4 years experience
  • Minimum 4 years QA/PI experience



  • Management in healthcare related field, oversight and coordination of regulatory/accreditation readiness program, survey preparation, coordination and response/ follow-up preferred.
