I. Position Summary: Under direct supervision of the Managers, Housekeeper Lead performs a variety of EVS duties for patients, employees, medical staff, and visitors. May also be responsible for floor tech projects, i.e. buffing. waxing, stripping or trash pickup. Usually assigned to critical care areas, i.e. Surgery, Nursery, Labor and Delivery. May also be responsible for supervising and teaching of other employees. May direct department operation in the absence of a manager.
II. Position Requirements:
C. Experience: Prior Healthcare related housekeeping service experience preferred.

III. Degree of Supervision Required: Varies depending on specific job routine.
IV. Orientation Period: 90 days, may be modified at the discretion of the manager.
