47 total pediatric and PICU beds. Our PICU features the latest equipment for the most critically ill patients. When you walk onto this special floor dedicated to our youngest patients, it reflects a theme that is child-friendly, bright and cheerful for those spending time here at Palms West. We believe your child should feel that their room is special; making what can be an uncomfortable experience into one that feels a little brighter.
1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
1. Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.
C. Other Qualifications:
1. Current Florida licensure as an RN
or recognized compact licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
2. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification (BLS).
3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
4. Related experience preferred.
