Job Summary and Qualifications

The Staff Chaplain is responsible for the delivery of pastoral care to patients, their loved ones, and, as appropriate, staff. S/he will have responsibility to ensure that religious and spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones are met in areas to which s/he is assigned. The Staff Chaplain will report to the Associate Administrator.

What you will do in this role:

As the staff Chaplain, you will be responsible for the delivery of pastoral care to patients, their loved ones, and, as appropriate, staff. 
You will be responsible to ensure that religious and spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones are met in areas to which is assigned. 
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

What qualifications you will need:

Graduate of a seminary program or equivalent experience.
Experience in hospital setting preferred.
