Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Scheduler, you will greet patients arriving in the department, escorting the patient to the appropriate area and performing clerical duties as needed. You will provide high quality service in accordance with the organizations’ mission, vision, values and goals.

• You will schedule patients’ exams/procedures
• You will prepare medical charts and maintain patient records in a confidential and organized manner
• You will process patients into and out of the clinic
• You will provide needed assistance to ensure the department operates efficiently

What qualifications you will need:

Experience

• 6 months of experience in a medical setting – preferred
• Bilingual - preferred

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
