Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking an Operations Reporting Analyst, who is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting tools and reports necessary to support Parallon Small Dollar Insurance (SDI) operations, including inventory management, inventory forecasting and department KPIs through dashboards and ad hoc reporting. What you will do in this role:

• Works closely with department operational leaders to assess and report departmental performance
• Assist leadership in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance
• Coordinates scheduled and ad hoc data and analysis requests
• Develop, test, and deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Proactively review and provide data analysis
• Effectively utilize ERA payment information (CARC/RARC) and other electronically available claim information to identify accounts impacted by identified trended issues
• Utilize effective documentation standards that support a strong historical record of actions taken on accounts
• Strong attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy of the data being reported
• Works quickly and efficiently in order to meet the needs of the customer particularly when faced with tight turnaround times
• Provides operational support to the Senior Operations Manager
• Builds a strong understanding of SSC and Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies
• Ensures safe, ergonomic and confidentiality compliant practices are being followed within the work environment 

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements
• Two to three years’ experience in related area; or reporting experience required, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle
• SSC experience preferred. HCAbased system experience preferred
• Advanced SQL and/or Business Objects query writing experience preferred
