Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary

This senior-level position with the Information Management and Analytics team provides knowledge of product features and functionality for supported solutions.

This technically focused position provides support for product solutions through knowledge of technical processes, data flows, and source systems.

This position regularly interacts with business partners and other ITG teams as related to the ongoing operation and use of the various products. A customer service mindset and the ability to relate to business partners with multiple and diverse backgrounds is crucial to excelling in this role.

Success in this position includes strong working relationships and productive collaboration with project teams, other ITG teams and our business partners, and a demonstrated ability to support projects while continuing to increase knowledge of supported products. Due to the number and nature of interactions this position will have with other teams, very strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.

Major Responsibilities:

Product Management

• Continually mature an understanding of how business partners utilize the products

• Develop and maintain updated product documentation, user documentation and manuals, training material, and/or job aids

Project Support

• Support project teams as a product subject matter expert, providing detailed knowledge of product function and capability

• Develop subject matter expertise of data flows, and technical processes that support the products

• Participate in data and functional analysis as part of requirement validation

• Support QA and UAT events

• Support end user training and product deployment as appropriate

• Assist in providing guidance and oversight to junior members of the team as needed

Operational Support

• Assume increasing responsibility for the resolution of complex support issues

• Work with end users and other ITG teams to resolve complex support issues

• Provide analysis of product issues to detect patterns and identify corrective actions

• Assist in providing guidance and oversight to junior members of the team as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

•  Bachelor's degree required
