We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for our Adult Inpatient Unit for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable mental health technician to provide clinical support and treatment to patients of all populations. • You will provide direct care, observation, and communication with the patient collects and documents patient admission and shift behavioral and physical clinical data and observations
• You will provide appropriate information to assist RN with admission and shift RN assessments.
• You will perform vital signs and accuchecks.
• You will provide or assists patients with Activities of Daily Living.
• You will assist with treatments or procedures within documented level of competency.

Requirements:

• CPR-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required. (CPI) Crisis Prevention Institute completed as a part of the general hospital orientation.
• At least one (1) year in a related field and/or an undergraduate degree in the social science field strongly preferred

Shift:

• FT - Nights with rotating weekends
