We are seeking a(an) Assessment Specialist - MSW for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• You will provide crisis intervention
• You will refer people to community mental health services in and outside the facility
• You will be the primary clinician leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated care for your patients.
• You will Interact and communicate with others in a way that promotes a positive and cooperative work environment
• You will conduct utilization reviews for managed care cases in admissions/intake department

What qualifications you will need:

• Tennessee license in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health field required
• Previous experience in Needs Assessment and Utilization Management strongly preferred.
• Successful completion of CPI within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
• BLS required every 2 years

TriStar Skyline Madison is a mental health facility. We provide behavioral health services to the greater Nashville area. Our psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses are dedicated to improving the lives of our patients. The 120 bed facility offers comprehensive treatment programs. These are designed for personalized care. They offer a variety of options including inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient care. Our behavioral health navigator works with patients and their loved ones to find the right plan.
