Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Transplant Nurse for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. As a Registered Nurse on the Surgical Kidney and Liver Transplant Unit you will be joining a team of professionals who are dedicated to deliver excellent care to our patients. You will enable patients to reach their goals through care specifically designed to cater to individual patient needs, and also administered by some of the most highly skilled and trained providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

What you will do in this role:

· Responsible for the delivery of nursing care to the patient requiring telemetry and/or medical surgical care. 

· Serve as primary nurse and/or care coordinator, leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. 

· Oversees and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.

Requirements:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
