Job Summary and Qualifications

Pharmacists fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies, and provide drug information. Pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff/clinical pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of pharmacy; Pharm.D. preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
• Antibiotic Stewardship certification or initiation toward certification within one year of hire to be completed in a timely manner as defined by Director of Pharmacy and/or Clinical Coordinator
• Health-system experience and /or health-system residency training required
• Appropriate State Pharmacy License

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
