You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our students’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Instructional Technology Support Specialist to be a part of our team.
Provide direct support to an assigned academic department or campus to assist Faculty, Program Directors, Department Chairs, and Deans in the utilization of classroom technology, configuring and maintaining web-enhanced and online courses, provide technical assistance for the course staging process, and weekly maintenance and monitoring of web-enhanced and online courses. Additional primary duties include implementing LMS applicable, CRF approved course changes such as revising course content pages, rubrics, gradebook configuration, and other LMS native content. Ensures course standards are met as part of continues quality improvement standards such as student success, faculty retention, and customer satisfaction.

Education: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years’ experience working with a learning management system. Previous learning management technical support or information technology support experience in higher education desired.
Special Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Working knowledge of HTML. Must have excellent interpersonal, written, oral and technical skills. Must be highly organized with the ability to work in a team environment, multitask, and prioritize projects. Flexible schedule to provide occasional weekend support, scheduled around term starts. Ability to demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and effective communication skills while responding to multiple priorities and demands. Must be internally motivated, have a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to sit at a computer desk for up to eight (8) hours per day
Degree of Supervision: Minimal.
