You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Market Manager Hospital Facilities Services like you to be a part of our team.
The Market Manager Facilities Services leads team members who maintain and repair major infrastructure systems in acute care hospital buildings, as well as free-standing emergency departments, in a given service market. The service manager is primarily responsible for scheduling the preventive maintenance and repair activities, as well as managing efficiency and work quality of field technicians. Second, the service manager will be responsible for all parts, tools, and fleet management in the assigned market. Additionally, ensure payroll is submitted in a timely manner, and extensive financial and accounting records are kept for purchases and services. The Market Service Manager communicates directly with customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of work status and requirements, and works with facility staff to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and objectives.
