Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides System consolidated financial information and support to all affiliates regarding general ledger transactions, processes and financial reporting.

Major Responsibilities:

• Accurate, timely preparation and coordination of monthly consolidated financial statements and other financial information.
• Initiate and record Mission Health System financial and statistical transactions in a consistent and accurate manner.
  
• Prepares System monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations.
  
• Manage System non patient revenue and receivable processes.
  
• Instills trust in System financial data and information.
  
• Completes other duties to support departmental operations as assigned or requested.
  

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years financial analysis, financial statement preparation, or external audit coordination experience;  or 
• Associate’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience in healthcare environment
  

Preferred Education: Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance

Preferred License: CPA

Preferred Experience: 5 years financial analysis, financial statement preparation, or external audit coordination in healthcare environment
