You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Lead Customer Support and Purchasing like you to be a part of our team.
Provides lead support and coordinates the daily workload and activities of the ROi Customer Service Call Center and Purchasing for all of ROi Supported entities. Responsible for training and overseeing team member processes. These tasks include purchase order assistance such as calling in rush orders to vendors, order status, tracking and expediting, CSC order assistance, sourcing alternatives items, etc. We also help train customers on requisition software and give guidance related to our standard processes, preferred vendors, and supply chain standardization, ROi Transportation support and Contracts.
Education: High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree – Emphasis in Business Management, Administration or Marketing preferred
Preferred Licensure: CIAC Certification
