Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is designed to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct social service programs for the Behavioral Health Unit. In conjunction with a multidisciplinary team assess patient’s condition, formulates and implements individualized treatment plan and serves as a clinician and case manager.

What qualifications you will need:

• Must possess Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure in the State of Indiana.
• MSW or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science area (psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy) or related field
• Licensure in a Behavioral Health Discipline (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
• BLS Certification must be maintained throughout employment with Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
• Crisis Prevention Certification training completion within 6 months of hire and maintenance of certification throughout employment with Terre Haute Regional Hospital. 

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
