We are seeking an Assistant Controller for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

* You will be responsible to provide prompt, efficient and accurate processing of all general ledger activities performed in compliance with hospital corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

* You will participate in spot checking of the annual inventory in all departments.

* You will be responsible for completing assigned Medicare, Year-End and Internal Audit work papers.

* You will be responsible for the Annual budget for the COIDs associated with the hospital and assists in the hospital annual budget preparation.

* You will utilize Business Objects and other data sources to extract utilization, reimbursement, and costing information for administrative team and department directors as requested.

What qualifications you will need:

* 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

* Prior Healthcare experience preferred

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
