Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Global Operations Access Coordinator, who provisions, communicates, and maintains all vendor system access. This position will also assist in troubleshooting vendor access issues, assembling ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports, collaborating with IT and business owners to develop access templates, and performing reconciliations to ensure that vendor access is appropriate and accurate. What you will do in this role:

• Submits system access requests for vendor users
• Assists in maintaining the vendor staff lists
• Assembles and timely distributes ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports
• Ensures all vendor access concerns are researched and responded to timely
• Runs reconciliations to ensure vendor access is appropriate
• Communicates with vendors to provide login credential information
• Coordinates with IT and business owners to develop Role Based Templates for access
• Tracks and trends data as needed and provide outcome reports to Global Management
• Technical aptitude and some experience with data tools, such as Business Objects, Essbase, and SQL.
• Promotes efficiency and repeatability of reporting and analytical tasks, including documentation and automation as appropriate
• Strong attention to detail in order to ensure accuracy in reporting and access management

What qualifications you will need:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle / SSC experience preferred
