Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Masters Degree in Social Work required
• Clinical Social Worker (MSW), or License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) required
• Acute care social work experience preferred

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
