Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director of Women's Services serves as a leader in planning, directing and managing the department and staff to assure quality care to all patients. The Director is responsible for meeting Joint Commission standards and other regulatory agencies, complying with corporate policy and procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers. Assists in the day-today operations of the department. Including performance improvement, resource management, staff competency, physician relations, strategic planning, patient safety, and budget.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  
• Current Neonate Resuscitate (NRP) certification or must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• STABLE
• Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring or Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
