Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Supervisor Clinical Rehab Specialist for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

Under the general supervision of the Market Director, supervises the clinical operations of the area of the Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist team. Collaborates with other supervisors, Rehab personnel, Directors and administrative personnel in program, professional and team development. Responsible for assisting Market Director in oversight of the market needs on a daily basis and allocating resources in a manner to meet needs and sustain volumes. This position acts as a Senior Rehabilitation Liaison, who analyzes the market and develops strategies to maximize the program's penetration in the market. The supervisor assists the Market Director in maintaining all of the Clinical Rehabilitation Specialists (CRS) program functions and patient intake, performing any and all functions as needed.

  • Licensed Professional in a clinical health care specialty (i.e. RN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist).
  • Current state licensure in clinical practice area or eligible for state license transfer.
  • Graduate of an accredited school in clinical specialty.
  • Minimum 2 years recent clinical care experience or 5 years managing rehab and/or hospital admissions, nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Licensed Professional in a clinical health care specialty (i.e. RN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist).
  • Current state licensure in clinical practice area or eligible for state license transfer.
  • Graduate of an accredited school in clinical specialty.
  • Minimum 2 years recent clinical care experience or 5 years managing rehab and/or hospital admissions, nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years management/supervisory, medical sales and/or working with insurance companies or an equivalent combination of experience.
  • Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable)
  • If RN, CRRN preferred and / or achieved within 2 years of accepting position.
