Job Summary and Qualifications

The Patient Experience Concierge provides exceptional service to our patient population. The Patient Experience Concierge is responsible for greeting and navigating patients and their guests in registration lobby. You’ll provide assistance to patients checking-in for services, and expedite patient flow.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will welcome patient and family members in a professional manner. Contact the nursing staff for emergency medical needs and answer patient and visitor questions.
  • You will oversee the daily activities of the front desk and lobby areas including tidiness of the area.
  • You will secure all signatures necessary for treatments, release of medical information, assignment of insurance benefits, and payment of services from legally responsible parties.
  • You will explain policies regarding services, charges, insurance billing, and payment of account. Request full or partial payment for services rendered according to collection policies.
  • You will assist incoming patients, relatives, and other responsible individuals with checking-in and obtaining insurance/financial information.

What you should have for this role:

  • You must have a Minimum 3 year’s patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience require
  • Previous Patient Access experience preferred
