Job Summary and Qualifications

• Overall management, supervision, planning, evaluation, teaching and operations of the 32-bed Ortho Neuro, the 20-bed Surgical Specialty and the 16-bed inpatient rehab units
• Develops and maintains high standards of patient care
• Manages fiscal and human resources
• Performs long range and strategic planning
• Supervises clinical, support and supervisory staff 24 hours a day; seven days a week
• Collaborates with the medical staff, clinical and ancillary departments and the services within the organization to achieve the goals and objectives of the hospital.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred

• Current ACLS, PALS and specialty certification preferred Minimum of 5 years management experience preferred

• Must hold a current license from the Kansas State Board of Nursing and BLS
