We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager to join our team at Chippenham Hospital and lead the Obstetrics and Maternal Infant Units, which includes 12-suite Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery. In this role you will work closely with the director to motivate, mentor, champion and support your team to provide patient-centered direct nursing care to delivering mothers, acting as a mother’s guide through her stay, and to their healthy newborn infants.
