Job Summary and Qualifications

· Supportive and experienced nurse leaders, & exceptional physician support.
· 5000 cases per year
· 1:1 Nurse/Patient Ratio
· General Surgery, Neuro, Vascular, Heart, Urology, Ortho, Gyn and Trauma patients
Responsibilities:
· Coordinates and provides patient care for geriatric, adult, adolescent and pediatric patients.
· Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, the generic and unit structure standards and/or ASPAN Standards of care if appropriate.
Qualifications:
· Clinical experience appropriate to area worked: 1-year Medical Surgical experience preferred and/or 1-year Critical Care experience preferred.
· Graduation from a school of nursing required.
· Current MO RN license or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state required.
· BCLS, ACLS within 6 months – 1 year of hire date.
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
