Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of vocational nursing. The Licensed Vocational Nurse functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs tasks related to patient care. Our team is passionate about ensuring an exceptional patient experience and committed to caring like family.

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • You will, under the direct supervision of an RN, provide clinical care that is appropriate to the patient population, including patient education, medication, procedures and additional follow-up. 
  • You will gather, enter and maintain data/documentation related to patients consistent with established quality and integrity standards. 
  • You will be responsible for receiving and processing referrals to the program for evaluation including returning phone calls, obtaining medical records and acquiring diagnostic testing results. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Satori Alternatives Manag Aggr must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN)

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
