Job Summary and Qualifications

Facility Supply Chain Coordinator

As the Facility Supply Chain Coordinator, you will lead, implement, measure, and direct all supply chain activities within a facility. You will oversee receiving, distributing, replenishment, and inventory management of all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations.

What you will do in this role:

  • Supervise the on-site processing, inventory and delivery of all orders.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, stock clerks and the management team.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills & comprehensive job knowledge.
  • Prepare the schedule for the on-site operations.
  • Attend in-service presentations, and complete mandatory education week.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of occurrence reporting system and utilize the system to report potential patient safety issues.
  • Process all lost charge reports and resolve any and all discrepancies.
  • You are authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position.

 What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field is preferred.
  • At least three years’ material management experience required
  • This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
