Radiology Technologist - Weekend Nights (3x12s on Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed Radiology Technologist on a full-time basis for weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). You will take radiographs (x-rays) of patients which will assist physicians in diagnosis/treatment, and you will perform procedures accurately in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner.
Please note our facility is a Level II Trauma Center which requires availability for rotating call assignments.
Your tasks and responsibilities as a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) include but are not limited to:
· Vocational/Technical education
· Valid ARRT (R)
· Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
· Experience as a Radiology Tech in an acute-care hospital setting is preferred
· Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
