Job Summary
The Clinical Nursing Manager is a registered nurse who reports directly to the Director, Surgical Services. The Clinical Manager demonstrates expertise in the daily operations of pre and post surgical or procedural departments to include the care of patients entering and exiting such departments. The Clinical Manager is responsible and accountable for monitoring the delivery of patient care through the utilization of the nursing process, physicians’ orders, established policies and procedures, established professional standards, and administrative hospital-wide policies.

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN desired, MSN preferred.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR card and ACLS certification.
  • Passing score of at least 80% on the Los Robles Regional Medical Center pharmacology exam.
