Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Bay Area

What you will do in this role:
· The Registered Nurse is responsible for professional nursing care and related assistance to patients experiencing cardiac intervention upon admission to the department.
· The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process in ensuring safe and competent quality patient care.
· The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory supports the medical care of all patient requiring any cardiac or peripheral intervention under the direction of the Medical Staff pursuant to the mission and objectives of the hospital.
· This individual maintains a complete Intraoperative record and is responsible for the patient during the pre-operative, intra-operative and immediate post operative period.
In compliance with the emergency regulation issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) dated November 4, 2021, and company policy, this role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations, or to have applied for a medical or religious exemption (including booster for California).
