Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Unit

What you will do in this role:
• You will perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
• You will utilize therapeutic communication in daily practice.
• You will identify nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patient.
• You will participate in performance improvement activities.
• You will provide care and coordinates participation that fosters the goals of the hospital’s mission and vision statement.
• You will respond in a timely manner to requests for information or follow-up with physician, staff or patient issues.
In compliance with the emergency regulation issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) dated November 4, 2021, and company policy, this role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations, or to have applied for a medical or religious exemption (including booster for California).
