Riverside Community Hospital (RCH), Founded in 1901, Riverside Community Hospital is a 478-bed, full-service acute care facility serving the greater Inland Empire region.  With over 700 physicians on medical staff, representing over 200 specialties, and 2,500+ employees, Riverside Community Hospital is bringing world-class healthcare, groundbreaking technology and compassionate care to our communities.  Our campus includes the main hospital, Cancer Center Medical Office Building, Comprehensive Transplant and Graduate Medical Education Building and DeAnza Outpatient Surgery Center.

Position Summary:  Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.

Position Requirements:
 
Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:
  • 1. Valid California RN license.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • ACLS due within 30 days of hire
  • National RN Certification preferred.
Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:
  • StaRN program is required for all new graduate RN position into the Critical Care departments.
  • StaRN PLUS program may be required if most recent ICU experience was less than one year and/or previous experience in a facility with a Trauma designation of level III – V.
Special Qualifications:
  • Computer literate
  • Competencies are reflected by valid California RN license and are validated during preceptor/orientation process
