Position Summary:

The Staff Speech-Language Pathologist performs clinical activities of the department under the supervision of the Director of Speech-Language Pathology. The Staff Speech-Language Pathologist is primarily responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients.


Salary Range~ $54.79-$68.76 *Note that this is a PRN “as needed” position and with that there is a base pay PLUS PRN differential *

Licensure:
  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the State of California issued by the Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
Certification:
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR) card
Education:
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience:
  • May consider new grads, prefer a minimum three years of experience in hospital/medical Speech Therapy.
