Special Procedures Technologist
Work Schedule: Full-Time; (4) 10-Hour Shifts per Week with Rotating Call
Location: Medical City Dallas Hospital

Special Procedures Technologist Job Summary:

Provides care to assist Interventional Radiologist in Specials Radiology procedures.

Ensures Radiation safety.

Administers IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.
Special Procedures Technologist Job Requirements:
- ARRT required
- ARRT(VI) or ARRT (VR) certification required within 6 months of completion of training. All training will be completed within 12 months of hire/transfer and will be under direct supervision of registered technologist.
- MRT State of Texas
- Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
- If current employee participating in a cross-training program, all training will be completed under direct supervision of registered technologist. Certification in alternate modality is required within 12 months of completion of training.
